I wanted to include a short video of my trip to downtown Dallas Farmer’s Market to show what someone can get for a few dollars. I was armed with my old flip cam, $30, and a back pack, and a great excursion for some great produce that was cheaper then your local grocery store. All to show how worthwhile it can be to support local farmer’s markets — both for your health, great food, and for your pocket book. (Yes, I know I need a haircut …sssshhhh!) Dale
